1 x Il Grillo di Santa Tresa Vino Spumante Brut (Italy)
One of our favourites here at Fizz Republic. This Sicilian fizz is made with 100% Grillo grapes. Move over Prosecco! With a fresh and fine finish, this delicious wine has zingy bursts of acidity, and spectacular fruit. Wild flowers, white peach, and nectarine on the nose. A keen citrus edge adds to the balance and vitality of the wine.

1 x Barone Pizzini Franciacorta Brut Animante (Italy)
A northern Italian blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco, this Franciacorta is highly rewarding.
A subtle perfume of lime and green fruits, with a toastiness not unsurprising given the two-year ageing on its less. Elegant, dry, precise, and persistent, there’s a crafted balance between the medley of citrus and exotic fruit, and the palate-pleasing creamy, nutty texture.
Ideal as an apéritif, it also features well with lightly flavoured foods.
An excellent expression of Franciacorta, and a worthy alternative to Champagne.
1 x Albet i Noya Penedès Brut Reserva 2015 (Spain)
