1 x Amadeu Brut Traditional Method
Produced using the Traditional Method, the Cave Amadeu Brut Traditional Method 2018 is a clear and pale gold/green in colour colour. 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, with floral notes on the nose, and fruity flavours on the palate. Light and dry, this sparkler goes best with seafood and meat dishes.
1 x Campos De Cima Natural Extra Brut Champenoise
Made using the Traditional Method, this Brizillian beauty is made with 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. It has a deep golden colour, with hints of green. Persistently fine mousse with hints of tropicality (mango/passion fruit) on the nose as well as toasty brioche notes. The palate is rich and complex with an overlay of fresh acidity and ripe tropical fruit. Refreshing, high acidity but still elegant.
Drink well chilled on its own or with canapés and light starters.
1 x Don Guerino Sparkling Rose Malbec NV
One of our favourite sparklers, this gem is made with 100% Malbec grapes. Attractive salmon pink colour, decent mousse, and persistent small bubbles. Lovely aromas of ripe strawberries and other summer fruits on the nose, with similar characteristics on the palate. Light and fresh.
Serve well chilled, it makes a great aperitif, party or picnic wine. Also pairs bueatifully with light salads or fish dishes.
1 x Chardonnay Nobrese Brut Sparkling NV
This unoaked, 100% Chardonnay fizz is made using the tank (Charmat) method.
Pale in colour with greenish highlights. Small bubbles and a generous mousse. Pears and apples on the nose. Fresh and clean on the palate.
Makes a good party wine. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with white meat dishes.
1 x Geisse Extra Brut ‘Tradicional’ 2016
A Traditional Method sparkler, made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Aged a minimum of 30 months on the lees.
Mid-straw yellow in colour, and fresh on the nose. Showing strong autolytic character (toasty, bready, buttery). Peaches and apricot on the palate, alongside citrus lemon flavour. Rich and higher in acidity. Small and persistent bubbles, with a long finish.
